Norriton). Of course I drove by to get your information off of the sign so that I could email you. It sounded too good to be true and of course IT IS! When a man by the name of Martin Anasiewicz, most likely not his real name (assrgrsfegwrgru@yahoo.com) emailed me back about this rental he said almost exactlly what you wrote above other than he had to move to South Africa for work and he'd be gone for at least 8 years! He was asking for 800/month and 600.00 down. He did acknowledge that a sale sign may be out front and to let him know if there is one, There are even pictures posted on craigslist of this house for rent. I'm not returning any of his emails! I do hope that you had ALOT of nasty choice words for the last man you contacted about this scam!!! It's so sad, today so many are struggling to save money,out of work and having a hard time paying bills and these SCAMMERS are stealing from so many people!!!! It is disgusting! Recently I was involved in a SCAM, these men (Middle Eastern) were calling me at home and work claiming I owed them money from a Payday loan. I never took out any such loan! They must have hacked into my info on my computer. It was awful, that they were calling work 200 times a day. My boss called the state police. I contacted my local police, the FBI, BBB, Attorney Generals Office and FTC...there is NOTHING that they can do!?! All of the agencies told me that they are aware of these SCAMS and they doing their best to catch them. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!
